How long does it take for my custom strung head to ship?

Each custom head is hand-strung by our elite stringing team. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and stringing before your order is shipped.

What is the warranty policy on ECD shafts?

We offer a one-time, 6-month limited warranty on all carbon fiber and alloy shafts against manufacturing defects or breakage during normal play.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our high-performance lacrosse gear worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Can I return a mesh kit if I have already opened the packaging?

To be eligible for a return, mesh and stringing supplies must be in their original, unopened packaging. Once the mesh has been wet or stretched, it is no longer eligible for return.

Which pocket type is best for my playing style?

Generally, a high pocket is preferred by power shooters, a mid pocket is the most versatile for all-around play, and a low pocket offers superior control for attackmen working in tight spaces.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
