At ECD Lacrosse, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
